Over 30 years ago, Mrs Kim โ a Korean migrant โ began marinating meats for home barbecues and community gatherings in Melbourne. With nostalgia for the flavours she grew up with and a dedication to traditional methods, what started as shared meals between friends became a beloved Melbourne institution.
Today, we bring that same tradition to your home. Every cut is marinated using Mrs Kim's original recipes โ no shortcuts, no preservatives, no MSG. Just honest, authentic Korean BBQ made with 100% Australian meat, exactly the way Mrs Kim has always done it.
